1-800-Dentist is an excellent source to obtain the name of a local, qualified dentist that would be able to handle a dental emergency. How quickly that specific dentist would be able to address the dental problem totally depends on the dentist's hours of operation and their individual protocol for handling emergency calls submitted through that referral service.

You can try calling and they will give you names of dentists who may be available in your area. You can also try the yellow pages of your local phone book and search under dentists. You'll have to call and see if they can fit you in for an appointment.
