Having sore breasts around the time that you ovulate is normal for many women and it is not unusual for women to experience different symptoms because of menstruation at different times in their life. However, it is common during pregnancy to have sore breasts. If you are concerned about any symptoms, please talk it over with your doctor.

Sore breasts during periods are common. You should not be much worried about this. When your periods stops then the soreness subsides.

During your menstrual cycle, the body undergoes hormonal changes, and as a woman ages, those changes are alter as her body changes. Where some women may not originally have had menstrual cramps, as they age or after pregnancy, they begin to experience them. In your case, it is breast soreness that previously did not exist.

Sore breast mid cycle are very common and normally occur once ovulation has taken place. They are caused by changes in your hormone levels and are made worse by caffiene intake. Reduce the amount of cokes and coffee that you drink and get some rest you are fine. It is a normal part of the menstural cycle.

Mine are, too! Being female is some kind of curse. In a week I will be bloated and grumpy, have my period the next week, only to have one week of feeling normal.

This is most likely because of an increase in hormones. If you have recently change birth control method, for example from a shot to the pill, this could explain why you haven't had the sensation before. It is also a symptom of pregnancy.

Tenderness of the breats can be a first sign of pergnancy, but I would not panic yet. However, if the pain persists or worsens, you should see a doctor. In some cases inflammation of breast tissues can be a signal of other issues.
