Its fungal infection. Its common in rubber trees, oaks and teak trees. It is mainly seened in winter/rainy seasons. Peel the affected area with a sharp blade. And wash with Copper sulphate Solution. And apply Indofil m45 (brand Name may vary)solution in the affected area and fog around the tree

Most likely there is just a slight bacterial infection within the tree. Like humans, trees get sick sometimes but also like us everytime you have alittle cold you dont run to the doctor. Nothing needs to be done unless the condition worsens. Otherwise just water like normal and your tree should be just fine!

This is more than likely a sign that your tree has a bacterial infection or mold. Just continue to water and it should be fine.

This could be a sign of bacterial or mold infections. If the tree has not sustained any recent trauma, you should have professional look at it.
