She could have dermatitis, that is dry skin for us regular folks. It's common during changes of season for the skin to dry out. She could also have fleas, which like to congregate in places a dog can't easily chew to remove them.

Well , obviously , my dog's constantly itching her rump because sometimes i noticed that when she pooped , there are worms in her poop and sometimes she'll actually rub her butt on hard or rough surfaces such as cements and carpets. And sometimes full anal that needs to be emptied needs to get scratched on rough surfaces.

Your dog might have some flea (or other parasite) infestation or an allergic reaction. Try using a flea preventative such as Frontline and some oatmeal bath may relieve some of the itching. Allergy may be caused by certain ingredients in food so switching diet may also help.

Maybe your dog is allergic to fleas and it's pretty common to have this area itching. And chewing, licking or scratching this area irritates more. Even if you don't find fleas on your dog, one bite is enough to get it irritated. Applications of either Frontline or Advantage would help.

Your dog could have worms or simply impacted anal sacks. You should check their poop for worms as this could be a problem. If you find worms take your dog to your vet. If their anal sacks are clogged you can get instructions on how to squeeze them yourself, your vet can do this, or a groomer.

Do you mean the very back part where she does the bathroom thing or her back by her tail? If it's the go part of her, check for worms in the stool. Others could be fleas or allergies.

she has a hot spot that can be caused from her either having a flea allergy and one has bitten her and it is causing her trouble or she is having allergic reactions to the grass.
