It could be several things. If it is planted in the shade, it might be stretching for the sun. It could also be getting too much water if it is not in a well drained area. Another answer is that it could have not been planted correctly, as in not upright.

Make sure your plant is not overwatered and has good drainage. Colds and drafts can kill, and keep in 55 degree and above temperatures. Make sure it has indirect sun.

There actually is a type called "weeping" chinese evergreen, which naturally has droopy foliage. If you're sure you don't have this type of tree, check for damaged limbs or trunk.

A major possibility would be the plant is top heavy. Trimming the plant, and tying the remaining stalks to a post can help. Let the plant grow outside or in a place with wind to strengthen the plant

There two common reasons for this. The first reason is that the plant is turning towards the sunlight which is very common. Simply turn the plant to even it out. The second reason could be if the plant has been trimmed unevenly.

There could be two reasons. Firstly how the sun light shines on the evergreen it is leaning towards the sun light and needs to be turned or moved to another position. If you have trimmed the evergreen but have not done it evenly it has caused it to lean to one side.

They are tolerant plants that have dark green leaves. They need to be treated with utmost care as they are very delicate plants. Be aware of lightening of the leaves. This indicates a plant disorder. For the most part, you should be okay if you are following regular watering and growth patterns.
