Your cat could have an upper respiratory tract infection which are pretty common for cats. Your cat may need some antibiotics.

It could be a larger problem but the most likely cause of it is probably allergies. Pets can get seasonal allergies just like humans. Allergies will cause your Cat to sneeze, have watery or have goobers in their eyes and may even cause your Cat to scratch a lot and get flaky skin.

It sounds like you cat has an upper respiratory infection. This can be treated with antibiotics prescribed by a vet and eye ointment.
