Loss of appetite can be caused from depression as well. Often times we may be depressed without ever realizing it. Loss of interest, wanting to be alone, feelings of hopelessness, as well as weight loss, can be symptoms there is a problem. Seek professional help. Good luck!

While loss of appetite can be caused by numerous conditions, the most common one is a lack of specific nutrients, especially the B vitamins. A daily supplement is advised.

Maybe you have a psychosomatic affection so you dont feel "sick" but it can affect your appetite. Other causes to lose appetite are some latent diseases like cancer, hepatic malfunction or cancer (I hope you dont get scared) and other that are asymptomatic but they express by losing weight and appetite so you should see a doctor if this continue.
