Why does my RCA home theater have no sound?

Just make sure all your inputs are plugged in to both the source and the system. Also make sure your speakers are on and plugged in to the amp

The most likely cause is that the audio-out wire from your source (TV, DVD, BlueRay, XBox, Wii etc.) is not connected to the audio-in jack on your home theater system.

First check the cables for proper connections, most cables are color coded. Also check on the menu screen for a category denoting sound on vs. off.
