Why does it feel like something is stuck on my tongue?

I have brushed my teeth, rinsed my mouth out and yet it still seems something is stuck.

There is most likely some sort of mild cut or abrasion on your tongue, which will likely heal on its own. If the sensation is persistent, consult a doctor.

Your tongue could be swollen or you may be having an allergic reaction to something that you have eaten or a medicine that you have taken. Try to drink something cold to see if the swelling is reduced.

You could have just obtained something like a scratch on your tongue. If you tried everything to get what ever it is unstuck and it won't come off, chances are it is something that can't. If it doesn't go away in a few days, see a dentist.

You need to clean your tongue with a tongue scraper. It removes all the buildup on your tongue. Your mouth will feel cleaner.
