Fecal incontinence can occur due to constipation or diarrhea, muscle damage that could occur after an episiodomy or forceps assisted birth, nerve damage due to spinal cord damage, loss of capacity in the rectum, complication after hemorrhoid removal surgery, rectal cancer, chronic laxative abuse, or even as a consequence of aging.

It is possible that you might have irritable bowel syndrome. This condition is also oftentimes associated with food allergies, so it might be a good idea to try to eliminate certain foods to try and find a possible allergy.

A lot of things can cause this. One of the most popular is Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Another cause could be Celiac Disease. It's best to see your doctor and possibly have a colonoscope done.

This could mean you have too much yeast in your diet or your not eating enough foods with iron. If you are a beer drinker, that will also contribute to too much yeast.
