Morgellons can cause the biting sensations on your body, it can also cause fatigue, mental confusion, short term memory loss, joint pain, and changes in vision. So far this condition has been unexplained, but there are now efforts being made to find the needed information on this strange condition. Speak to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

You probably were bitten by some sort of bug. A lot of times when you are bitten by a bug it will feel like you are still being bitten all over the place. The bug may still be on you and it may still be leaving little bites on your body.

You may have a pinched nerve where two bones are rubbing against or pinching a nerve. This is sometimes a result of damaged cartilage, where the bones are no longer protected. If you go to a doctor they will probably recommend an x-ray, but there's really nothing they can do about it.

If you have a pet, there might be fleas in your home. While they don't feed on humans, they will bite you. If that is the case, take steps to get rid of the fleas with Frontline or Advantage for your pet, and vacuum carpets thoroughly. Another possibility is scabies mites, which require a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
