If you have pain after urinating you most likely have a urinary tract infection, this can also be indicative of a sexually transmitted disease. In either case, you need to see your doctor, as this is a symptom of a situation that needs to be remedied, for comfort and safety.

I would think that painful urination would mean either a urinary tract infection or an STD. I would get to a doctor as soon as possible, because neither will go away without the correct medication. Some STDs are treatable but not curable as well. Either way, run to your local doctor.

May be u have stone in the bladder,or u may have urinary infection. Or it may be due to using contaminated water to clean after urinating,in short uncleanliness. Check your urine in a laboratory.
