You might be experiencing any number of symptoms for any number of reasons. I would suggest if the pain is great, feels deep, or you have any other symptoms to call your doctor. Otherwise it could just be abdominal muscles spasm and giving you a weird sensation

You may have a stone or sludge in the gallbladder. After you eat you gallbladder contracts to squeeze out bile and this will give you this sensation. You should be evaluated by a doctor.

Especially if it realted to meals this could be your gallbladder contracting against a fixed obstruction like a gall stone. However there are many other causes of right upper quadrant spasms and may simply be intercoastal or oblique muscle spasms. See your doctor to do blood test or an ultrasound to see if it is your gallbladder.

Gallstones blocking a duct are a major culprit of pain and spams in the gall bladder. These spasms are frequently experienced after eating when bile is trying to be released.

A spasm feeling in your gall bladder can be caused by food poisoning or actual gall bladder attacks. It may also be a symptom of pancreatitis. If the attacks persist you may have to have your gall bladder removed.

Well if that usually happens, it is best to contract your doctor. If you feel pain in that area as well, you may require some surgery. A gall bladder spasm could have many different causes but most of this indicates that you will require a surgery to eliminate the spasm.

Feelings of spasms in the gall bladder area could be serious. See a practitioner to confirm that you may be developing gall stones. Your practitioner can also let you know if it is just a reaction to food or possibly a reaction to other bodily problems.
