It may have to do with the types of foods you're eating, something like beans, or highly carbonated beverages can make you feel really bloated. Try to look for pastas or breads rather than vegetables which are more likely to cause things like gas or bloating. If it continues, you may want to see a doctor.

You may have something called dyspepsia. The bloated feeling is due to indigestion and irritation to your stomach. This is a relatively common disorder that many family doctors see and can be treated with medication. Other causes include irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcer disease, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Dyspepsia is a diagnosis of exclusion based after several tests.

It might be due to how fast you eat, try eating slower. Also try not drinking while eating, only drink after your meals.

You may have dyspepsia or irritable bowel syndrome. Unfortunately, both diagnosis and treatment of these kind of problems is very difficult, so you should consult a doctor.
