If you have alot of yellow or discolored leaves on your rosebush, this indicates that your soil is most likely lacking in essential nutrients. In response to this need, you will need to feed your rosebush with commerical preparation every 7-10 days. Please note that if your leaves have developed fuzzy orange spots this could potentially be a disease.

It is very importent that the plants must have enough sun light, manure, water and ofcourse free of pests.Even if the soil is not nutritious then you will have this problem. If the plant is grown under a tree naturally the sunlight will not given for photosynthesis. If grown in a pot may also another problem.

Either the sun is hitting the plant directly for a long period of the day, or there is not enough water for the plant you give it for the day.
