Why are my A/C pipes sweating?

Is it a sign that something is wrong?

They are sweating because the gas inside is cooler than the air on the outside which causes condensation on the outside of the pipe. Take a cold can of cola out of the fridge and let it sit unopened. Notice the outside of the can sweat as the inside is colder than the outside air.
