There are two possibilities: the first, and simplest, is that you are not sufficiently hydrated. Especially if you have been working hard in heat and humidity, perspiration will drain you of sufficient liquid and electrolytes. You need more liquid! The second is that you have a medical problem, such as an infection or kidney stone, and should see a doctor.

There are many reason people have trouble urinating. One of these reasons is kidney stones, or renal calculi that obstruct the urinary bladder and urethra. This trouble urinating itself is called dysuria. It may also be caused by an enlarged prostrate or a urinary tract infection. A visit to the doctor should be able to confirm the true problem.
