The most poisonous vegetable leaf would be the rhubarb leaf. It can be fatal as it causes severe convulsions or coma. Some wild cherries can be deadly as they contain cyanide. Be careful with what you plant if you have young children or pets that will have contact with the plants.

Rhubarb has toxic leaves. Potato foilage is toxic. Tomato foilage may irritate skin. Allergic reactions to strawberries are not uncommon.
