Which are the least repaired central air units: Trane or Carrier?

Trane claims this prize, but remember that any statistics you read are somewhat slanted. Carrier sells more units so it is really a toss-up.

It must be truly difficult to say. But my personal experience and understanding make be believe that carrier endges out trane in central air units in respect of least repair

The latest repaired central air units out there would have to be Carrier. They have recently taken over the latest section of the top selling air units in the world.
