Depends on what year the truck is. In most ford trucks, it will be located on the side between the grill and radiator.

The horn on a Ford truck is located just behind the front grille of the car besides the radiator. You need to raise the hood to be able to see and access the horn.

It is centrally located on the steering wheel. Alternativly, it may be a push button to the left or right side of the stering wheel or perhaps found as a button or pull switch on the dash.

Looking at the steering wheel of your Ford Truck the horn will be located in the center of the wheel just below the Ford Emblem.

The horn on any car or truck should always be in the center of the steering wheel. I wouldn't think it'd be any where else.
