The Greenwhich Meridian is located in Greenwhich, in the Greater London area, UK. No, you can not surf the Greenwhich Meridian since it is, unfortunately, a completely landlocked area and it would require the Greenwhich Meridian to be a sea spot.

The Greenwich Meridian is an imaginary line running from the North Pole to the South Pole. It's "location" is 0 degrees Longitude. It runs through the continents of Europe and Africa. Since it's imaginary, you can't surf it. The best you could do is surf over it.

The Greenwich Meridian, also called the Prime Meridian, is a line of longitude that passes through the Royal Observatory in London. This meridian is used to classify locations as West or East of the Prime meridian. There is really no way to "surf" it, since it crosses land and water.
