Escambia County is found in the most Western point in Florida with the state of Alabama surrounding it from North and West.

Escambia County is at the western end of the Florida Panhandle, with Alabama on its northern and western edges, and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. The county seat for Escambia County is Pensacola; the county includes a major Naval Air station, and part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
