First "Gremlins" movie was made in 1984. It was directed by Joe Dante and written by Chris Columbus (today most known as one of the directors of Harry potter movies) and some of the actors that appeared in it are: Hoyt Axton, Keye Luke, Zach Galligan... none of them was really famous.
