In women with a typical twenty-eight to thirty-two day menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs between eleven and twenty-one days after you begin menstruating.

Ovulation usually occurs 10 to 14 days after the first day of your last period. There are inexpensive tests you can buy that will give you a more clear answer for when your personal ovulation occurs.

Ovulation actually occurs at slightly different times for every woman, depending on her body's cycle. The general rule of thumb is the second week after your period ends. Somewhere in this time window, you are very likely to be ovulating. But remember, you can technically get pregnant at ANY time!

If you're trying to get pregnant the best time to try is while ovulating. A woman ovulates most likely 14 days after the beginning of their menstrual cycle (their period).

They say that ovulation occurs 14 days before the day you are supposed to start your period, and 14 days after the first day of your last period.
