Your period will come back during your next cycle, so just within a month you'll be back to normal again.

If you received a d&C after your miscarriage you can expect to have a regular period six weeks after you stopped bleeding from the miscarriage. However, this may vary from person to person and even from one miscarriage to another. If it has been a considerable amount of time and you have not gotten your period call yoru doctor.

Many women can expect their period, four to six weeks after a miscarriage, like a normal menstrual cycle. For some though, it may take up to three months.

I found that it took two months for mine to become regular again. But I would not judge that as a concrete baseline. many things can effect your period afterwards, for example: Sexual activity, stress, medication, and overall physical activity. My doctor told me to return to life as normal and everything else would return when it was ready.

You should start your regular period normally within a few months after you have a miscarriage. Sometimes it can take up to 6 months for your body to heal itself.

This depends on your own body, the length of the pregnancy, your stress levels, and the regularity of your periods prior to the miscarriage. Expect to return to normal in three months, and also consider birth control as a way to restart your regular cycle and track your ovulation days.
