What's the right storage temperature for cooked pork?

You are looking at a good storage temperture of at least 50 degrees and lower in order for bacteria to slow. Leaving it in the refridgator is the best since you are less likely to get any higher with the pork in the fridge. You should however make sure that the pork is used within two weeks to avoid mold.

If you are looking for the correct storage temperature, you should know that 40 degrees and colder works great for cooked pork. I would recommend keeping it in the fridge so you can use it within the week. I would always recommend reheating it to the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
