A really good shampoo that i use for my color treated hair is Kerastase Bain Miroir. It coats the strands of your hair and prevents them from stripping which some other cheaper brands can do. Another good one is called matrix biolage colorcaretherapie, its less expensive but also affective for colored hair.

Beauty salons carry the best shampoos for color treated hair, but if you don't want to spend a lot of money on those shampoos, the best choices would be to buy shampoos labeled "for color treated hair". Infusium 23 Colourologie shampoo, L'oreal Color Vive Shampoo, and Dove Advanced Color Care does a really good job in keeping hair vibrant.

The best shampoo for color-treated hair is Redken Color Extend. It is the Redken that is sold in a red bottle. This is only sold in hair salons.
