The best KitchenAid mixer that money can buy is the KitchenAid Pro Line Series mixer. It's perfect for someone who loves to bake, especially bread and cakes. All of the gears are steel and can handle heavy batter and dough and it comes with a stainless steel bowl.

They are all really well maid mixers. The best one for continuous use the is the proffesional 600 series. It includes some extra attachments and has a slightly heavier duty motor that the standard mixers. If price is an issue you may want to opt for the 200 series and then purchase acessories as you have the money.

While kitchenaid makes a whole line of mixers, I think the proline level is the best for you. There are a few that are extremely expensive and for someone that will be baking a lot you do need a quality mixer. This is one that would be the middle of the line hence, best for you.

The biggest one you have money and storage for. The stronger motor and the bigger capacity bowl will allow you to handle big batches of bread and other doughs.
