You will be placed under anesthesia. Then, the dentist will remove your impacted wisdom teeth. The dentist will make an incision and remove the tooth (probably in small sections). Then, the dentist will clean the area. The dentist will stich the area and pack it to help it clot. You should rest up afterwards and follow the dentist's instructions.

Impacted wisdom tooth extraction requires diagnostic radio graphs which will indicate the type of impaction, the location of the mandibular canal and the access which should be easy to remove the teeth. The removal of wisdom teeth needs to be done under anesthesia and the possible complications involved should be told to the patient.
