What's a good strategy for playing Whack-a-Mole?

Whack-a-mole is a very winnable game. A good basic strategy to employ is to make sure you get in some practice or develop good reflexes. Then use two hands to whack the moles, this doubles your chances to hit.

The best strategy is to have a couple people "on your team" and playing at one time. Divide the mole holes amongst the (let's say 3) teammates and onyl focus on your select area. As soon as a mole comes up, you need to act quickly to whack it before it goes back down.
