What's a good menu for a low-carb diet?

I think a low-carb diet menu would have skinless chicken breast, an apple, a salad with a light vinegarette dressing, for a snack a granola, or fruit bar and half a sandwich with baked chips and for breakfast a bowl of hot oatmeal, or a bowl of raisin bran flakes cereal.

Here is an outline of a simple diet which helped many people whome I know reduce the weight. For breakfast have a bowl of oatmeal cooked in water for 3 minutes. This will keep you full till afternoon. Have cooked vegetables in the afternoon and for dinner have three boiled egg whites before 7 PM. All the best.
