What's a good diet plan for a bodybuilder?

I want to build bulk, not lose weight.

The most important thing is to get enough protein at every meal and also with your snacks.I would have scrambled eggs,bacon and juice for breakfast.Lunch would consist of a Caesar Salad with whole grain bread.Dinner could be salmon,green vegtable and a sweet potato.Good snacks are apple with peanut butter or a protein bar.

A good diet plan is to eat a lot of healthy foods. For example, eat your veggies, eat your lean meats (such as chicken), and eat your fruits. That will give you energy to work out. Drink a protein shake once a day and eat a protein bar before and after you work out.

You need to take protein before and after you work out and eat high calories and eat 6times a day.
