Take phyllo dough, and spread a thin layer on the cooking pan. Add a thin layer of cinnamon apple sauce/cinnamon apple filling and coat with ground nuts, usually walnuts. Alternate thin phyllo, thin applesauce, and thick nuts eight or more times, stopping with the last layer of phyllo. Bake and cool. When cool cut in diamonds, coat with honey/lemon glaze.
