What were the biggest pharmacies in the apothecary era?

He wasn't the biggest per say, But C.o. Bigelow was a pretty big founder of pharmaceutics in his time, he was probably the 8th or 9th biggest pharmaceutical distributor in his era. The other big ones included the umbrella corporation, as well the frank lawson charity foundation which was probably the top one.
