Henry Ford was born to a farm family in 1863 in Michigan. His mother died when he was only twelve, though he was close to his mother his relationship with his dad was strained. Henry liked to take things apart to see how they worked especially watches and later machines. He had one daughter Adsel. Henry died at age 83.

I would say he was rigid in personality and rather dictatorial. He had an idea and wanted it accomplished by having everyone fall in line with what and how he wanted it done. He instituted the assembley line in order to build cars. Everyone had a specific job to do on the line.
