It depends on what climate you are using the vehicle. If you want a quiet ride and good winter performance look for a lower wear rating tire. If you live where it's warm, a harder tire will give you better mileage and longer life. Honda's OE tires are usually michelins which are very good tires.

If you're looking for standard touring all-season tires, I'd go with the Kumho Solus KR21. Average price for these tires is $85. If you cannot find those, try the Yokohama AVID TRZ tires, which you should find for about $94. You will not need high performance tires or one's specifically for made for off road.

Use whatever size the manufactuer recommends for the vehicle and as far as a brand goes I always recommend Michelin, they are best tires.

Look at the tire to see what kind are currently on it. They should be marked with the width, profile, and diameter on the side. If the aren't the original tires look for the tire inflation sticker on the door sill or look in the owners manual. Or call a tire shop for info.

since it is a big car it needs big tires. the originals are 17' 225 55, and that is for a reason - you don't want to worry if you are stable on the road!
