What tips can you give me on forming a netball team?

If you want to form a netball team, you need some good shooters to play goal attack and shooter, some fast mid-court players and some excellent tall defenders to stop your opponents and rebound the ball.

Contact the closest Netball Organization or Union. Inquire about the steps you need to take in forming a team, i.e. recruiting players, finding practice space, learning the rules, etc. Talking to someone with experience is the best start.

The best netball teams, as with all sports, are the ones that work great together. Another great skill a netball player should have is a good understanding of strategies in netball. And lastly, if you can find a good coach who can teach the game well, it makes the whole game much better.

Net ball is incredibly fun, incredibly rewarding, great exercise, and a good way to meet people. I would stress these 4 things when you look for new members to participate.
