There are a lot of books and websites that discuss the implications of various posturing and movement. Your best bet is to research the subject.

Pay particular attention to the eyes, but remember that body language "rules" are more like guidelines. For example, poor eye contact could be deception, but could be fear or nervousness.

There are some common body language facts you should be aware of. First, when someone folds their arms across their chest this means they are closed off or feel uncomfortable. Leaning towards the person who is talking shows interest, and leaning away from the person talking shows disinterest. Mirroring the body language of the person shows harmony and understanding.

Try to get as much practise as possible in a public place where many people are chatting. It will help a great deal observing others.
