What stretches will help a cheerleader perform toe touches?

I've just started cheerleading, and am having trouble with toe touches. Are there exercises which will help me to improve?

To perform a toe touch you can do ll kinds of stretches. You can start by puting your right leg completely straight out to the side then the other leg folded inward and touch your toe. Do this off and on rotating your ides and then try it in a half spil. Then stand up and practice jumping.

Believe it or not, sex will. You need to have alot of it for it to have an effect on your performance though.

Flexibility is one of the most important aspects of cheerleading. You are going to want to work really hard and stretch your hamstrings often. You are also going to want to stretch out your quads.
