If you are actually being chased by a bee, keep running until the bee gives up. Most bees will not pursue beyond their territory which is a relatively short distance.

Bees are very territorial creatures. If you are being chased outside, you should run away from its hive since it will only pursue you if you are in its territory. If your house is part of its territory, call an exterminator to remove the hive since they can be deadly.

You need to consult an exterminator to find the nests in your home. Otherwise,they will continue to live in your home destroying the inside walls. Make no sudden sweeping or swatting motions. This will cause more aggression. The bee will release stress hormones that rally others to attack you.

Fear of bees sets off a chemical reaction the bees can sense and draws them to you like a magnet. Once the fear is gone, you can use hand swat them away before they land on you. To completely eliminate them you have to destroy their nest.

You wash off the area immediately to get rid of the pheromones which could signal others to attack. Else call fire fighters, they are experts in this.
