Answer by  Savant (83)

The recommended Tyre pressure should be listed in your owner manual for the vehicle. If you do not have access to the manual, the recommended tyre pressure will be printed on the sidewall of the tyre itself. This is the best way to accurately determine the recommended pressure as your tyres may have been replaced at some point.

The tire pressure of the Ford Escort should be between 28 and 32 pounds per square inch. The pressure can be checked by using tire pressure gauges that can be bought at any auto parts store.

You should either check the manual or look on the door jambs for a tire inflation sticker. It will tell you the cold air pressure for your tire size.
