A black dress is always good for a night wedding. Really any dress or skirt and blouse that are not white

If you're female, a long dress. If you're male, a tuxedo (now that's simple). The long dress should be in a pale colour, it's the bride night after all.

Anything you would normally wear to a day wedding is acceptable to wear to an evening wedding. However, due to the more festive and dramatic nature of most evening ceremonies, something dressier or with more sheen to the fabric (in order to look attractive in candelight or soft evening light) is a good choice.

you should always the color of your dress in the theme color of the wedding if is suited for that event. A purple color dress would always be good at night wedding.

Depends on your budget. You can wear the classic black suit or you can choose a pretty silver suit. It will have a bigger effect than the classical, I think.
