It is springtime, so temps can range from the 30s to the mid-seventies. Pack coordinates that are easy to layer and take along a raincoat with a zip-out lining.

In March, one can still expect light periods of snowfall in New York. You should bring a jacket that will keep you warm with temps of 39-65 and be prepared for some slush and snow for your feet. Layers will keep you warm and stylish.

The weather in New York around that time period is cool and rainy. I would advise you to bring warm clothes and extra dry clothing. Jeans and a good pair of walking shoes would be helpful along with a light rain coat or sweater of hoodie. Do not forget your umbrella either!

The weather is New York in March can be highly unpredictable, but it is warmer than upstate. Bring jeans, a t-shirt, and a solid jacket, and plan to dress in layers. A Pashmina or other scarf will help keep you warm if a brisk breeze pops up.

Well march is really still winter in New York so you should really bring warmer clothes and make sure you have a coat with you as the tempeture will probably be in the 30's or 40's. You could get lucky and it might be in the 50's but that is still cool enough for a jacket I think.
