If you are suffering from hypothyroidism, then you should avoid iodine containing foods. Exercise is a must. You should go for weight loss programs. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol.

you need to keep a well balanced diet, if your thyroid is making you to gain weight you will need medication to level you out, the treatment is very similar when it is causing you to be too skinny.

People who are suffering from thyroid problems can have an operation or take pills forever. They should make their analysis every 3 months, so that their doctor can arrange with them that pills dose. Thyroid problems can result in being nervous, cannot take your breath well, cannot do much effort, and cannot sleep well..
