It is not recommended to refreeze pork because there is a possibility of bacteria forming in the thawing and re-freezing process. You should always thaw pork in the refrigerator and cook within 24-48 hours.

Pork should not be re-frozen again after defrosting it. But it can be done. Try and vacuum seal the pork making sure that all the air is taken out of cover or container. To freeze it then again as quick as possible, because of the temperature danger zone which is between 4 and 72 degrees Celsius.

Unless you cook it first you can not refreeze pork. It will create bacteria that can be harmful or fatal.
