If the teeth don't fall the dentist can pull the baby tooth fairly easy and that can is not a problem since the adult teeth will then grow in place of the baby teeth. If the tooth is infected it can also cause the tooth to have to extracted early.

While extracting a baby teeth care should be taken to see that the erupting permanent tooth is not damaged. Whether it is ideal to remove the milk teeth before the age of shedding. If required then space maintainer should be given so that the permanent teeth erupts in its place.

Are they for you or for your child? If they are for your child, I wouldn't recommend doing it unless it was an emergency too, like the child is way to old to have baby teeth. Because to be honest, if the child is still young then just let the teeth fall out naturally. Will actually save you money.

Extraction is sometimes necessary when the decay is too wide spread to be repaired. It is also recommended when crowding occurs, as extraction gives the teeth room to expand into the empty space. While extraction is sometimes unavoidable, it will prevent infection and further pain and discomfort in certain situations.
