What should I expect from a pregnant Labrador on her last week?

She will do what nature directs. She will be looking for a spot to have per puppies in. I recommend a big box with warm blankets to keep her and the puppies comfortable. She will me arranging it the way she likes, and will probably get nervous and start pacing around when she is finally ready to give birth.

She is probably about ready to have her puppies at any time now so she will probably be searching for a good place to have her puppies. As she gets closer if you're not home with her during the day make sure you put her where you would like her to give birth.

The dog will stop or minimise the food intake during her last week of pregnancy,and will start behaving passive and the stomach size increases rapidly and bulges out during this week,the day the dog stops food intake could be very positively the day it might litter.
