Fever is not a symptom of ovulation. You may need to see your doctor if that is one of your symptoms. Other symptoms such as headaches and cramping can be treated by taking Tylenol or Motrin (or a generic of either). Again, discuss your symptoms with your gynecologist for their recommendation, as a professional opinion is always the best.

This is probably not why your ovulating. It might be a coinsidence that it happened them. It sounds like you have the flu.

Often this is caused by changes in hormonal levels due to ovulation. Due to recent studies about the ill effects of Motrin and Tylenol as long as you do not have stomach issues or blood clotting problems... why not try a baby asprin? Also engage in an activity that distracts you.

If you have a fever and a headache while you are ovulating you would need to take a mild dose of medicine, for example an aspirin, and try to drink plenty of fluids. If you keep having them every time, call your doctor to be seen.

These symptoms most likely have nothing to do with ovulating. Sometimes a woman will get a headache in the middle of her cycle. You would just treat the headache with an ordinary pain reliever.

Taking a warm shower sometimes helps with the fever. You can also take something like ibprofin of tylenol for the pain and fever to help with your problems that you are having.
