Go to see a doctor immediately, this is most likely an infection in your breast or in the nipple area. Check for cracked or broken skin and treat. Do not breastfeed from that breast and stop using the pump until you see a doctor.

You need to call your doctor and explain exactly what has happened. It sounds like you have an infection in your breast. I would do this asap because you should not feed the baby until you know what the cause is. It may be something you could pass on to him/her.

Puss indicates a serious infection. Red indicates there is bleeding. You probably have an infection in a lymph gland, and you should see a doctor fairly quickly as you are pumping to feed a baby I would assume.
