What should I do if my child is missing a baby tooth?

A dentist should be able to tell you if there is a problem or if there is not a big deal since there are adult teeth coming in and that should not be a problem. The tooth could have just fallen off and an adult will grow again that is not a problem.

dont worry sometimes all of the baby teeth will come out with the exception of a few ,after some time and the one that is missing will soon be there

If a single tooth is missing,diagnostic aids like radio graphs should be taken to know the cause. Multiple missing teeth is sometimes seen in Down's syndrome and ectodermal hypoplasia.
